When Do I Take It?
Rule1 R1 WPI is a hydrolyzed protein powder, which means that it is absorbed into your bloodstream rapidly. With this in mind, the best times to take R1 WPI are the times when your body is most receptive to rapidly digesting protein - namely, first thing in the morning upon rising, and immediately post-workout. Simply mix 1 - 2 scoops of the powder with 300ml of water in a Supps42 shaker, shake it up, and drink away!
Supps42 recommends taking 1 - 2 doses of Rule1 R1Creatine per day - depending on your size and goals. Although it doesn't matter when you take Creatine, the most common and easiest times are one dose immediately post-workout with your post-workout meal or shake and one dose first thing in the morning.
