Protein Waffles

PROTEIN WAFFLES

Ingredients

  • 40g rolled oats
  • 1 scoop of EHP Labs Oxywhey Protein (your choice of flavour, Chocolate is amazing though!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 90mls of water
  • 40ml of Queen maple syrup sugar free
  • 47g Peter's light and creamy ice cream
  • Strawberries or any fruit you want to add on top

Method

  • Place rolled oats, water, baking soda & protein in a blender cup or bowl
  • Combine with a spoon 
  • Blend for a minute or until mixed thoroughly
  • Place mix in a waffle maker
  • Cook for about 1 minute or golden brown
  • Place your protein waffles on plate, drizzle the maple syrup over it all
  • Place the ice cream and strawberries on top
  • Enjoy your scrumptious breakfast or late night treat!
