Ingredients

  • 1 cup preferred milk

  • 1 shot espresso

  • 1 tbs pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

  •  1 scoop of ATP Science Vanilla NoWay Protein

Method

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and combine until smooth.
  • Transfer to a saucepan to heat up. Use a milk frother to create froth.
  • Pour into a mug. Sprinkle with extra pumpkin spice if desired.
