Protein Oreo Cheesecake



  • Preheat oven to 160 
  • Soften Philadelphia in a bowl with a spoon
  • Whisk Philadelphia, eggs and stevia together
  • Separate the cream Centre from all Oreos
  • Blend the Oreo biscuits until it resembles a fine crumb mixture and set aside
  • Add to the blender your Philadelphia mix from earlier, cream centres from the Oreos and all remaining ingredients (besides the Oreo crumbs and butter) and blend until combined
  • Melt butter in the microwave
  • Add melted butter to the biscuit crumbs and mix together
  • Line a cake tin with baking paper, and flatten the biscuit mix in the tin
  • Pour mixture on top and bake at 160 for 35-40 minutes
  • Turn oven down to 100 and bake for 60 minutes 
  • Set in fridge for 2-4 hours 
  • Enjoy!
