Peanut Butter Rice Krispies

PEANUT BUTTER RICE KRISPIES

Ingredients

  • 50g puffed rice

  • 3 serves (36g) Macro Mike Peanut Butter (I used the cookie dough flavour)

  • 6 tsp honey

  • 2 scoops EHP Labs OxyWhey Vanilla Icecream  

Method

  • Prepare the peanut butter in a mixing bowl and add the honey, mix well. 

  • Stir in the OxyWhey (Add water as needed)

  • Add the puffed rice and stir until well covered 

  • Divide the mixture into 6 patty cake cases and refrigerate until set!

  • Carbs: 14.4g, Fat: 1.2g, Protein: 11.8g
