The F45 Training Co-CEOs struck out to do the impossible: create a Group-Training facility that featured the most dynamic and effective training styles to date. The concept is simple: F45 Braddon offer a 45 minute High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout class for their studio members. They have developed 27 different 45 minute workouts, with more currently in development. F45 Braddon offer the same class at different times throughout the day. Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so members never get the same workout twice.
The 8 Week Challenge
F45 regularly run their popular 8 week challenges throughout the year, allowing members to challenge themselves and help reach their goal weight, tone up and increase fitness.
F45 provide industry-leading nutritionists that will provide participants with all their meal plans so they know exactly what to eat each day and how to prepare.
