What is it?
Creatine HCL (hydrochloride) is simply a creatine molecule bound with hydrochloric acid.

As a standalone supplement Creatine HCL has been shown to increase muscle cell volume,encouraging an anabolic environment for increase muscle size.

When do I take it?
