CHOCOLATYY PROATS

Macros - 38g protein / 49g carbs / 11g fat

Quick and easy to make and keeps you full for hours. This is my go to breakfast on a busy work day!

Ingredients

  • 1 x scoop of protein powder - I've used True Protein French Vanilla - https://www.supps42.com/collections/true-protein
  • 40g creamy oats soaked for 30mins
  • 125ml protein plus unsweetened soy milk
  • 2 blocks of Lindt dark chocolate
  • 1 medium banana
  • Natvia no sugar chocolate sauce for topping
  • Granola for garnish

Method

  • Mix protein powder and soy milk in a bowl
  • Add oats and mix it all together
  • Top up with water or milk if needed
  • Top with the banana, dark chocolate, no sugar chocolate sauce and granola for crunch
