Ingredients

  • 4 x Macro Mike Choc Chip Snickerdoodle cookies
  • 75g Halotop Ice Cream
  • 40g caramel sauce (1/2 a date, 20mls almond milk & 6g of Macro Mike salted caramel PB)

Method

  • Prepare and bake your Macro Mike Choc Chip Snickerdoodle cookies as per instructions on the pack!
  • For the caramel sauce; blitz 1/2 a date, 20mls of almond milk & 6g of Macro Mike salted caramel PB together)
  • Take one cookie's base and scoop your halo top ice cream on top.
  • Drizzle your caramel sauce on top of the ice cream. 
  • Place your next cookie on top of the caramel sauce and softly press down!
  • Enjoy your choc chip ice cream caramel cookiewich!
