Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are our bodies main source of energy fuel when we train and work out. Supplementing with straight carbs will replenish glycogen levels lost from training. 

If you struggle to get adequate amounts of carbs in from whole food sources, you can use a carbohydrate supplement to ensure you get them in. They can be taken by themselves and/or added to protein powder to make a more calorie dense shake.
